To where do you ship? How long does it take you to process an order before it is dispatched?
Currently, 99Flags only ships to the United States, but we are working on international shipping. Shipping charges depend on the item’s weight. Please provide up to 48 hours for orders to be processed. If you have any questions in regard to items that will be shipped outside of the United States, please email ask@99flags.com.
What form of payment do you accept?
99Flags accepts most major credit card companies as well as PayPal. When purchasing an item, please follow the prompted directions to see if your credit card will be accepted as a form of payment.

99Flags is committed to maintaining the privacy of our online visitors. We do not collect personally identifiable information about individuals except when it is knowingly provided by such individuals.

Do you allow refunds for a change of mind? If so, how long do customers have to contact you?
99Flags strives to ensure every customer is happy and pleased with their purchase. In the event that you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact ask@99flags.com and provide your order# to see if you qualify for a refund. Please contact us within 15 days of purchase.
Where are your packages shipped from?
Packages are processed and shipped from California.
